Terms and Conditions
Group Size
- Minimum group size: 18 pax
- For groups smaller than 18 pax, we may not be able to open outside our regular opening hours. Please contact us in advance to check availability.
Pricing
- Group price (18 pax or more): 100 NOK (incl. 12% MVA)
- Regular price (under 18 pax): 120 NOK (incl. 12% MVA)
The regular price includes an introduction speech in English or Norwegian. Tour leaders’ entry is free, but not counted in the group size. A fully guided tour can be offered as an add-on — please inquire when booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the visit: free of charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit: a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking price will apply.
Late Arrival
If your group is running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to reschedule your visit.
Payment Terms
We invoice after the visit, with 30 days’ payment term. If you have not received your invoice within one week of your visit, please contact us.
Accessibility
The ground floor is wheelchair accessible, including a handicap-accessible toilet. The first and second floors are only accessible via stairs.
Weather & Closure (Force Majeure)
Galleri Lofoten is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, power outages, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your visit or offer a suitable alternative. No cancellation fee will apply if we are unable to open due to such circumstances.

- Preliminary headcount must be sent no later than 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Final numbers should be confirmed or cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to your visit to avoid cancellation fees.
